Delivery Policy

Here at Cox’s Boxes we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. 

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your fresh order to arrive. 

That is why we send every order within 12 miles of Sudbury, Suffolk by our own fleet of vans and delivery drivers. 

Any order that we receive before 3pm on a working day will be delivered within 2 working days latest.

We do not accept delivery orders outside this 12 mile radius from Sudbury Suffolk. If you are unsure please contact us to check your address.

Delivery costs are £2.50 per delivery within 12 miles of Sudbury, Suffolk with a minimum spend of £12.00 per order. Orders placed under this value will still be accepted, however your chosen delivery day may be subject to change and still attract a delivery charge of £2.50

How will I know when my order has been accepted?  

The order will be confirmed after payment has been processed, if there is an issue with your order, we will contact you.

Returns, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We operate a returns policy for faulty perishable goods.

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by e-mail – see our contact page. 

Faulty goods should be photographed and emailed to us on the day of delivery.  If a fault is agreed, then we will offer a refund or credit note.

We will only refund defective items, and not the whole order.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, then you must email us as soon as possible and or on the same day you placed your order. Cancellations will not be accepted after the day of delivery as we order all fresh items daily for your order.

How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order the same day.

We action all refunds the same day, but these may take up to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
